Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12)
Annual CP12 certification for rental properties, completed on schedule and filed properly.
Overview
Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12)
Landlords are legally required to have gas appliances in rental properties checked annually and to hold a valid CP12 gas safety certificate. Heat-tecNE carries out these checks on schedule, tests each gas appliance and flue, and issues the certificate promptly so you stay compliant without having to chase it.
We work with landlords and letting agents managing a single property or a larger portfolio, with scheduling that fits around tenancies rather than a single household.
If a check does identify an issue with an appliance, we'll explain what's wrong and what's needed to put it right, rather than simply failing the certificate and leaving you to sort it. We can also flag when next year's renewal is due, so it's never left until the last minute.
